Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop are eligible for a refund, processed within 5–11 business days (minus standard payment processing fees). Refund requests after this period may not be accommodated due to limited seating and pre-issued materials.
Workshop Access
After registration, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing your Microsoft Teams Webinar access link. This link will activate on the day of training, and you can sign into the Webinar with the same email address linked to your My Premier Account.
Workshop Materials
All official materials, slides, and resources are emailed to registered participants prior to the start of the workshop.
